2. Do not wash in hot water. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry or expose to strong sunlight.
3. Turn the garment inside out, place it in a laundry bag, and wash on a gentle / wool cycle at low temperature.
Returns Policy
1. Shipping Cost Statement
For all international orders, the seller will not bear any round-trip shipping expenses. The original delivery fee and return shipping fee shall be fully paid by the buyer.
2. Customs & Duties
Any import tax, customs duty, clearance fee or related charges generated during return transportation are borne by the buyer. We will not compensate for these fees.
3. Return Rules
Items must be returned with all original packaging, accessories intact, without damage or wear. Return request must be submitted within the valid period. We reserve the right to refuse returns if goods are damaged.
4. Refund Process
Refund will be processed after successful receipt and inspection of returned products. Only product price will be refunded, shipping fees are non-refundable.
