Wash on gentle cycle with low temperature. Do not wash light and dark items together to prevent color bleeding.
Avoid hot water washing and high-temperature tumble drying.

*Slight shrinkage may occur after the first wash, which is normal.
Avoid hot water, wringing vigorously, and direct sunlight, as these will aggravate shrinkage.

1. Shipping Cost Statement
For all international orders, the seller will not bear any round-trip shipping expenses. The original delivery fee and return shipping fee shall be fully paid by the buyer.

2. Customs & Duties
Any import tax, customs duty, clearance fee or related charges generated during return transportation are borne by the buyer. We will not compensate for these fees.

3. Return Rules
Items must be returned with all original packaging, accessories intact, without damage or wear. Return request must be submitted within the valid period. We reserve the right to refuse returns if goods are damaged.

4. Refund Process
Refund will be processed after successful receipt and inspection of returned products. Only product price will be refunded, shipping fees are non-refundable.
