1. General

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

2. Payment

All payments are final once processed. We do not cancel or refund orders due to change of mind.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates, not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, logistics, weather, or local postal issues.

• International orders: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are NOT included in the order price. The buyer is fully responsible for all customs clearance and fees.

4. Fulfillment

Orders are processed within our stated handling time. We do NOT automatically fulfill orders. Processing may be delayed for verification.

5. Customs & Import Taxes

All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
The buyer is responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs charges required by their country. Refunds will NOT be issued for refusal to pay customs fees.

6. Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns for damaged or defective items with proof. No returns for wrong size, change of mind, or customs issues.
