1.Shipping

• We provide international shipping to most countries worldwide.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, size and destination.

2.Import Duties & Taxes (Important)

• All import duties, taxes and customs fees are fully the buyer’s responsibility.
We cannot control or predict these charges as customs policies vary by country.

• If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned or abandoned, we will not offer a full refund (shipping fees are non-refundable).

3.Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Processing time may be slightly delayed during peak seasons, holidays or promotions.

4.Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after shipping, depending on destination and customs clearance.

• Delivery time is not guaranteed, and may be delayed by customs, weather or other uncontrollable reasons.

• We are not responsible for tracking delays caused by the courier or customs.

5.Undeliverable & Returned Packages

• If the package is returned due to incorrect address, unreachable recipient, or refusal to pay customs duties, we only refund the product cost (shipping fees non-refundable), minus any return shipping costs.

• Reshipping requires new shipping fees to be paid by the buyer.

1. Shipping Cost Statement
For all international orders, the seller will not bear any round-trip shipping expenses. The original delivery fee and return shipping fee shall be fully paid by the buyer.

2. Customs & Duties
Any import tax, customs duty, clearance fee or related charges generated during return transportation are borne by the buyer. We will not compensate for these fees.

3. Return Rules
Items must be returned with all original packaging, accessories intact, without damage or wear. Return request must be submitted within the valid period. We reserve the right to refuse returns if goods are damaged.

4. Refund Process
Refund will be processed after successful receipt and inspection of returned products. Only product price will be refunded, shipping fees are non-refundable.

All items are packed with simple packaging.
Due to long-distance international transportation,
creases or wrinkles on the package and clothing are unavoidable during delivery.
